Film Review/Op-Ed: No End In Sight

It’s been about a week since I saw the searing documentary No End In Sight, and its effect on me is lasting longer than most narrative films. The most obvious reason for this is because it is about something real, rather than something imagined and its purpose is to inform (and perhaps incense) rather than to entertain. No End In Sight tells the story of the months leading up to and the resulting years after the beginning of our military conflict in Iraq. Film Review: Death Sentence

I don’t really know why I’m taking the time to write this review because, chances are, if you wanted to see Death Sentence, you’ve seen it already. It only made about four million in its opening weekend at the box office, which means that it is already on its way out the door. So if you’re a revenge genre junkie and you haven’t seen this thing yet, you should get your ass to theater, pronto. If you’re not, well, Death Sentence was never meant for your eyes in the first place.
